UV DTF Gang Sheet Guidelines / Specifications

You can upload your custom UV DTF gang sheet using our file uploader or design one directly in our Gang Sheet Builder.

    •    Files must be sized correctly and print-ready.

    •    We print exactly what you upload — no edits will be made.

    •    Please avoid screenshots — they often appear blurry when printed.

    •    Very thin lines or text may not print clearly; make sure all design elements are thick enough.

    •    For transparent backgrounds, files must be saved as PNG.

    •    Recommended file setup: PNG format, 300 DPI resolution for the best results.

    •    We are not responsible for the outcome of the final print.

    •    No refunds are offered for custom designs — please double-check everything before submitting.

Application Instructions

    1.    Clean the Surface: Make sure the surface is clean and dry.

    2.    Place the Transfer: Gently peel the design off its backing and position it carefully. Once it touches the surface, it cannot be moved.

    3.    Press Firmly: Start from the center and smooth outward to remove any air bubbles.

    4.    Rub the Design: Rub firmly over the entire print for the best adhesion.

    5.    Peel the Film: Slowly peel back the clear film, and your design is ready!
